Ingredient Of  Chicken Diane

  • 3 small chicken breast fillets
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 40g butter
  • 2 eschalots, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 3 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup Bulla Cooking Cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 bunch broccolini, steamed
  • Mashed potato, to serve

How To make  Chicken Diane


  • Step one
    Cut each chicken breasts, on an angle, in to 4 slices.
  • Step two
    Warmth oil and 1/2 the particular butter in a big frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken with regard to 3 minutes each part or until golden. Move to a plate.
  • Stage 3
