Ingredient Of  Japanese-style pork and soba noodle stir-fry

  • 270g soba noodles
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 500g Coles Australian Pork Sirloin Steaks, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 1 brown onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tsp finely grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) teriyaki marinade
  • 2 tbs Coles Asia Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 350g pkt Coles Australian Superfood Vegetable Mix

How To make  Japanese-style pork and soba noodle stir-fry


  • Step one
    Cook the particular noodles in a large saucepan associated with boiling water following packet directions or even until just tender. Refresh under cool water. Drain well.
  • Action 2
    In the mean time, heat half the oil in the wok or large deep frying skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the pork, in 2 batches, for 3-4 a few minutes or until just cooked through. Exchange to a plate.
