Ingredient Of  Japanese salmon curry noodle soup

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 brown onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 carrot, peeled, cut into noodles using a spiraliser
  • 1L (4 cups) Massel Organic Chicken-style Stock
  • 4 (about 180g) skinless salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 440g packet shelf-fresh udon noodles
  • 1 bunch baby buk choy, halved
  • 92g packet mild S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix, broken into pieces
  • 2 green shallots, thinly sliced
  • Sesame seeds, toasted, to serve

How To make  Japanese salmon curry noodle soup

Method

  • Step 1
    Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil within a large saucepan over large heat. Add onion and carrot. Cook, stirring occasionally, for three or more minutes or until onion is usually soft. Add stock and 1L (4 cups) water. Cover. Deliver to boil. Reduce heat in order to medium. Simmer for 5 mins or even until carrot is just sensitive. Use tongs to place carrot within a bowl.
  • Step two
    Meanwhile, place salmon in a new shallow dish. Rub all more than with 3 teaspoon soy marinade. Heat remaining oil in a new large non-stick frying pan more than medium-high heat.
